The Human Resources Department is responsible for the management of our organisations most valuable resource – its staff. Staff recruitment and selection, Training and Development, management of Employee Relations and the administration of staff benefits and entitlements all form part of our service.  The Council strives to adopt best practice in all its dealings with its employees.
